Products and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where necessary, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details and rates.

Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day easy returns on unused items in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Product use

Follow all instructions included with your product. Wax melt warmers are electrical devices — keep out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a plugged-in warmer unattended.
