How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days and typically arrive in 7–14 business days within Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What does the wax melt warmer melt?
It's made for scented wax melts: drop one or two into the removable dish and the gentle heat melts the wax, releasing fragrance into the room. It's a 2-in-1 design, so you can also warm a little essential oil in the dish instead.
How is it powered?
It's USB-powered and runs on low-voltage 5V. Just plug the included USB cable into any USB port or phone charger — no batteries needed.
Does it have a mood light?
Yes — RGB dreamcolor lighting with multiple color modes gives a warm, cozy glow, so it doubles as a small mood light.
How do I clean it or switch scents?
The dish is removable. Let the wax cool and harden, pop it out, then wipe the dish clean and you're ready for a new scent.
Is it safe to leave on?
There is no open flame, which removes the main candle risk. Still, it's a heated electrical product: never leave it running unattended for extended periods, keep it on a stable, heat-safe surface, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Will it make my whole room smell nice?
Yes — most customers use it for bedrooms, living rooms, and offices. Larger open-plan spaces may benefit from a stronger-scented wax melt.
