30-day returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. To start a return, email kamalelectronics562@gmail.com with your order number — we reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund immediately, no need to return the item.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
